Our standard set-up has two variants: for the robot with a 70kg payload, the two pallets are to the left of the robot, parallel to the CNC machine. The light screen is also on that side. On the robot side, we work with a scanner so that the machine remains accessible. Finally, we shield that side with an integrated, transparent safety wall. For robots with a 35kg payload, the set-up is slightly different: there, we place one pallet to the left and one to the right of the robot and use a light screen along both sides. In this way, the Pallet-Load Integrated is simply the safest choice for your operators.
