Landuyt NV, based in Bruges (Belgium) markets its products under the name 'Robland’.
While the business activities originally focused on the construction of combined, qualitatively good woodworking machines for the do-it-yourselfer, in the course of time the range was expanded with panel saws, milling and planing machines. The original mission of producing high quality products for a good price was always maintained.
In the meantime Robland now has a network of international dealers and the company exports 85% of its production to more than 100 countries worldwide.
In 2014, the first Mill-Assist Essential with revolving unit was installed at Robland on a Doosan DNM-650 with Fanuc control, and Production Manager Marc Gevaert was highly satisfied with the smooth installation and performance of this quality automation.
Marc Gevaert, Production Manager: "With RoboJob we have taken a new step forward in our company. With automation Robland is looking ahead to the future. Naturally we made a study of the products in the market, which showed that the quality of RoboJob’s automation came out on top. The installation went smoothly, and minor problems were immediately addressed and followed up. Not surprisingly we are extremely pleased with this important step for Robland.”
