Servogripper and Gripper magazine
The FANUC robot on your Tower is equipped with a Servo Gripper as standard. In addition, you will find many other gripper types in our range. The advantage of a Servo gripper is that it increases the flexibility and autonomy of your Tower even further: the gripper fully adjusts itself to the dimensions of your product! No manual intervention is required. This gives you even more machining hours and no mistakes can be made because there is always a check in the gripper system.

How it works
The various gripper heads with corresponding gripper jaws are placed in an automatic gripper magazine. There, the robot itself can exchange the necessary gripper heads, according to the tasks you set for it in the Job Manager. The large gripper range of the Servo gripper may even allow you to do this without a gripper exchange station. The result? 72 hours of autonomous production.

Ease of use
The “brains” of the Tower are, of course, in the Software and the accompanying User Interface. These enable you to put your Tower to work as quickly and easily as possible. At the same time, we want to offer you as many functionalities and possibilities as possible. You’ll find that it’s our Software that makes the difference.
