Automatically retrieve finished parts from your CNC-machine and stack them directly onto a pallet. Palletise efficiently
You have two options to place your finished products on a pallet: Automatic and Fixed positioning. The software can either automatically calculate how the robot can place as many parts possible on one layer. Fixed positioning is ideal for when your clients request their parts to be placed on the pallets in a specific configuration.
Simplicity all over
Various options to unload your finished products come as an option with your RoboJob Automation: stacking on the table; placing in a box or crate; unloading on a custom place, such as above a sliding track. With Pallet-Unload, you gain a fourth option: directly stack your finished products onto a pallet. A highly user-friendly graphical interface will make operation child's play.
With the needed flexibility
You have total freedom to determine where to place your pallet with parts within the reach of your robot. We will set that position during installation. We have already configured the software with the dimensions of the most common pallets. If desired, we will customise the program to the dimensions of your pallets during installation.
