How it works
The robot will automatically exchange the individual jaws or chucks of the jaw plate according to the workpieces you want to machine. Thanks to Jaw Exchange, you can produce turning pieces with diameters ranging from 20 mm to 250 mm. Both for single pieces and for different series mixed together. You can accommodate the soft and/or hard jaws of your jaw plate in the Tower. As standard we provide 16 positions in one drawer there for your jaws of different brands. But if you need more room, we can do that too.

Ease of use
The “brains” of the Tower are, of course, in the Software and the accompanying User Interface. These enable you to put your Tower to work as quickly and easily as possible. At the same time, we want to offer you as many functionalities and possibilities as possible. You’ll find that it’s our Software that makes the difference.
