Extend your Tower's autonomous production time with Collet Exchange. The robot automatically changes collets, according to the workpieces' diameter. This allows the Tower to keep going, without the intervention of an operator!

How it works
The collets, or collet chucks, are placed at the very top of the Tower. There we provide as standard 8 positions for your collets of different brands. Do you want more or less? That too is possible.
Thanks to the Collet Exchange Module, you can automatically load and unload round products with various diameters in your CNC machine.
Ease of use
The “brains” of the Tower are, of course, in the Software and the accompanying User Interface. These enable you to put your Tower to work as quickly and easily as possible. At the same time, we want to offer you as many functionalities and possibilities as possible. You’ll find that it’s our Software that makes the difference.
