Last week RoboJob participated in the Open House at EMCO in Austria for the first time. The Belgian market leader in CNC automation can now reflect on a successful introduction.

EMCO opened its doors on 5 and 6 June in Hallein, Austria, which is where the head office of EMCO GmbH is located. During these 2 days EMCO received more than 300 visitors, mainly from Austria and Germany. Visitors also came from Bosnia, Hungary and Romania, and a delegation from Colombia and Peru travelled all the way from South America to meet the European CNC manufacturer.

RoboJob presented the Turn-Assist 200i during these two days, which is a compact automation for turning machines installed on an EMCO HP45. “This was a top event,” declared Area Sales Manager, Detlef Scholz. "In addition to the 300 national and international visitors, we also received all of EMCO's sales staff and dealers here. This allowed us to show our Turn-Assist to a lot of interested visitors.”

EMCO is an Austrian manufacturer of CNC-controlled turning and milling machines. The company has been active since 1947 and has production facilities in Austria, Germany and Italy. It has been part of the international group Kuhn Holding GmbH since 2011.

RoboJob produces robotization for the manufacturing industry. The company was founded in 2007 by Helmut De Roovere and Luc De Ceuster. Today, RoboJob employs more than 50 people and is active throughout Western Europe.
