The participation in the Global Industrie trade fair in Paris is eagerly awaited. After all, this is the largest French trade fair for the manufacturing industry, and RoboJob was looking to debut here with its own stand two years ago. Covid-19 unfortunately put a stop to that, but the time has finally arrived. The Belgian CNC specialist has already made its first appearance in Lyon, and can now finally show off its skills in Paris.
"We are looking to make an immediate impact here," promised CEO Helmut De Roovere a few weeks ago, and he is keeping his word as RoboJob will be displaying a number of standard products for the automation of lathes and milling machines in Paris. With the Turn-Assist 270 i, RoboJob presents its absolute top seller from the Turn-Assist Series. This powerful standard automation system can be used to automate both lathes and lathes/milling combinations. A FANUC robot with a load capacity of 25 or 35 kg loads the machine from a dynamic table that can be configured according to the dimensions of the raw and finished workpieces. This allows for the automation of all round workpieces up to a diameter of 270 mm. The uniquely patented stacking principle allows for an unprecedented high capacity.
The Mill-Assist Essential i will also be demonstrated live. This standard automation works on the same principle, using a FANUC robot with the same load capacity and the configurable table. This low-threshold automation can be used to automate milling machines of all brands, even existing machines. Both the Turn and the Mill-Assist can be fitted with additional options and extensions such as a revolving unit or direct loading from or onto a pallet. RoboJob has already automated more than 1,100 CNC machines across the world.
Global Industrie will be held in the Parc des Expositions in Villepinte, near Paris. This trade fair is the largest trade fair for the French manufacturing industry and it will be held from 17 to 20 May 2022. You will find RoboJob in Hall 6, at Stand L142.
