Autumn is traditionally very hectic, with an agenda filled with numerous trade fairs and events. Metavak is scheduled once again, for the fourth time now. For this edition, RoboJob is bringing its latest product to the Netherlands, the Turn-Assist 270 i.
At the last AMB fair in Stuttgart, the Turn-Assist 270 i proved to be a hit: several units were immediately sold. It also comes as no coincidence: following the Turn-Assist 200 i, this is the second 'Integrated' model to be launched in the Turn-Assist Series. With these models, RoboJob is constructing the entire automation on one fixed frame. This makes it very easy to remove the automation from a CNC machine, or even to move it from one CNC machine to another. CNC lathes and turning/milling combinations may now be automated using the Turn-Assist 270 i. In comparison with the Turn-Assist 200 i, the Turn-Assist 270 i has a wider diameter range (270mm instead of 200mm) and considerably more capacity. A heavier robot payload is also possible (up to 35 kg).
The introduction of the Turn-Assist 270 i is a first for the Netherlands. Metavak takes place in the ‘Evenementenhal’ (Events Hall) at Gorinchem. The doors are open daily from 13.00 hrs to 21.00 hrs on 30, 31 October and 1 November.
