RoboJob unveils a world first at Global Industrie

At Global Industrie 2026 in Paris, RoboJob is presenting an absolute world first to the French public: the Pallet-Load Integrated with vision technology and artificial intelligence, equipped with a FANUC robot with a 35 kg payload. This is the first time RoboJob has showcased this automation solution in France, and the first time ever that this product has been available in this lighter configuration.

With the new version, RoboJob is significantly expanding the scope of application for the Pallet-Load Integrated. Until now, this solution was only available with a robot featuring a 70 kg payload. With the introduction of the 35 kg version, the automation system is now also available for workpieces weighing up to 22 kg net for turning and 25 kg for milling: ideal for slightly smaller and lighter workpieces.

The integrated vision technology and AI software also take the user experience to a higher level. The robot automatically recognises the position and shape of the workpieces, meaning the operator does not lose time aligning or teaching new shapes. The solution learns independently and adapts, leading to even shorter set-up times and higher process reliability.

“With this first, we are once again demonstrating that innovation and ease of use can go hand in hand,” says Vincent Pécheur, Area Sales Manager France at RoboJob. “Our customers are increasingly asking for compact, flexible automation solutions that can be deployed quickly for a wide range of production runs and materials. The Pallet-Load Integrated with a 35 kg robot is the perfect answer to that.”

This innovative character did not go unnoticed. The new Pallet-Load Integrated was nominated for the Global Industrie Award in the Technological Transformation category. This nomination is a recognition that underlines the importance of this technological advancement in the European manufacturing industry.

With over 2,000 installations in more than 30 countries, across over 100 brands of CNC machines, RoboJob continues to offer the most comprehensive range of standard automation solutions in the world. In France, more than 300 CNC machines have already been successfully automated.

Visitors to Global Industrie 2026 will have the opportunity to discover this world premiere live from 30 March to 2 April in Hall 6, Stand S98, close to trusted partners Mazak and Degomme Boccard.
