RoboJob returns to Mazak Open House with two automation solutions
RoboJob has been a fixture at Yamazaki Mazak's Open House in Haasrode near Leuven since 2012. This year, the Belgian automation company will once again be present with two impressive demonstrations that highlight the ongoing innovation in CNC automation.
From Tuesday 2 to Thursday 4 December, from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. each day, visitors to the Mazak site in Haasrode can discover the latest technologies in the field of CNC machines and automation.
Two strong examples of technological progress
As is tradition, RoboJob is putting its best foot forward again this year with two different automation solutions:
- Pallet-Load Integrated with Vision & AI, set up on a Mazak Integrex J200S NEO. Thanks to advanced vision technology and artificial intelligence, this solution takes automatic loading to a higher level in terms of precision, speed and ease of use.
- The new Tower EVO, equipped with the E-Grip servo gripper and the Bonertz Hybridspanner. This automation forms an extremely flexible production cell with a Mazak VCN 600 and perfectly illustrates how technological innovation and practical applicability go hand in hand.
A pioneer that continues to invest in innovation
With more than 2,000 installations worldwide, RoboJob has long earned its reputation as the benchmark in CNC automation. The company is recognised as a pioneer in the automation of turning and milling machines, thanks to its long-standing focus on innovation, ease of use and reliability.
‘These two systems on display underline that RoboJob continues to invest in the future of CNC automation,’ says CEO Helmut De Roovere. ‘We do this by focusing on smart and scalable solutions that meet the rapidly evolving needs of the manufacturing industry. We are very proud to be able to showcase them again during this Open House at Mazak.’
Anyone who wants to stay up to date with the latest trends in CNC technology and automation should not miss this event.
