ROBOJOB PRESENTS 3 NEW PRODUCTS AT AMB IN STUTTGART
At AMB 2026 in Stuttgart, RoboJob will be presenting no fewer than three innovations designed to help manufacturing companies boost the productivity of their CNC machines. From the Turn-Assist to the Tower EVO with E-Grip and new applications utilising AI and vision technology: from 15 to 19 September, visitors to Hall 6, Stand B10 will discover how RoboJob translates innovation into user-friendly and cost-effective CNC automation that can be put to use straight away.
The challenges facing the industry are well known: skilled technical staff are in short supply, production runs are often small, and customers expect ever-faster lead times. In other words, even companies that produce a wide variety of workpieces are looking for solutions that will enable them to make better use of their production capacity.
RoboJob responds to this need with automation solutions that can be deployed quickly and are easy to use. The company sets itself apart in the market by combining proven technology with continuous product development.
From a tried-and-tested standard to intelligent automation
One of the highlights at the stand is the Turn-Assist. This system has now become a standard in the machining industry. It automates the loading and unloading of CNC lathes and enables manufacturing companies to produce autonomously. Its simple operation and wide range of applications make the Turn-Assist suitable for everyone: from experienced users to companies taking their first steps into automation.
In addition, RoboJob is also demonstrating, with the Pallet-Load Integrated system, how vision technology and Artificial Intelligence are creating new opportunities for the industry. Thanks to vision technology, the solution can adapt flexibly to different workpieces and variations in production. RoboJob is a pioneer in the sector and is demonstrating a production environment in which automation systems can operate in an increasingly intelligent and autonomous manner.
A premiere for the Tower with E-Grip
RoboJob is also unveiling the Tower EVO with E-Grip for the first time at the AMB. This product has been developed to organise production processes even more flexibly, enabling CNC machines to operate autonomously for longer periods.
Bonertz’s Hybrid Clamping System is also part of the display. It focuses on the integration of the entire production process. The combination of flexible clamping and automated loading helps to reduce manual operations and increase machine utilisation.
Innovation that pays off on the shop floor
“We don’t innovate just for the sake of it,” says CEO Jelle De Roovere, looking ahead. “New technology must offer tangible added value on the shop floor. So you need to be able to put it to use straight away. At the same time, these solutions must remain accessible and user-friendly, even for smaller batches or a wide variety of workpieces. Our experts will be on hand at the trade fair to work with visitors to identify which automation solution best suits their CNC machines, workpieces and production process.”
