RoboJob organises practical workshop on process control in high-end machining
On Thursday 22 May, RoboJob will organise an exclusive workshop on ‘Process Control in High-end Machining’ in collaboration with renowned technology partners Dormatec, Iscar, Renishaw and Will-Fill. During this practical day, visitors will be immersed in the challenges and solutions for machining difficult materials in sectors with high quality standards, such as the medical industry and aerospace.
High-end machining requires a thorough understanding of the entire production process: from tool selection and parameterisation to measurements and process monitoring. This complexity increases the need for extensive knowledge sharing, and that is exactly what RoboJob wants to respond to with this workshop.
‘Every day, we see the challenges our customers face when machining materials that are difficult to cut,’ says Helmut De Roovere, CEO of RoboJob. "It requires perfect harmony between machine, tool, measurement and automation. With this workshop, we want to share our experience and expertise, and at the same time show how strong the cooperation is between technology partners, each of whom has mastered their own domain."
With this workshop, RoboJob not only wants to provide clear insight into the technological challenges of high-end machining, but also offer tangible solutions. This is done through live demonstrations, customer cases and concrete applications at each partner. The emphasis is always on process control, efficiency and quality – aspects that are inextricably linked to high-precision machining with small margins of error.
‘It is our ambition to keep raising the bar in the manufacturing industry,’ adds De Roovere. "We strongly believe in knowledge sharing and the power of collaboration. Only in this way can we really help our customers move forward."
The collaboration with technology partners Dormatec, Iscar, Renishaw and Will-Fill reinforces this ambition. Each partner brings their own specialised knowledge and experience, giving participants a complete picture of the complex puzzle that is high-end machining - and how to keep it under control.
The workshop will take place on 22 May at the RoboJob headquarters in Heist-op-den-Berg (Belgium). Registration is required and can be done via the RoboJob website. The number of places is limited.
