ROBOJOB MAKES ITS TRADE FAIR DEBUT AT MICRONORA WITH AI-DRIVEN CNC AUTOMATION
From 29 September to 2 October 2026, RoboJob will be exhibiting at Micronora in Besançon, France, for the first time. Together with Mazak France, the international market leader in CNC automation will be demonstrating its Pallet-Load Integrated system in Hall A2. Thanks to an innovative combination of vision technology and artificial intelligence, this automation solution can recognise and process raw workpieces without them needing to be precisely positioned on a pallet.
Micronora is a key meeting place for companies active in precision technology, subcontracting and mechanical engineering. For machining companies from Bourgogne-Franche-Comté and the wider region, the trade fair therefore offers an excellent opportunity to discover the latest production technologies at first hand. At the event, RoboJob will be demonstrating live how intelligent automation makes CNC production simpler, more flexible and more efficient.
Stacking workpieces without precise positioning
With the Pallet-Load Integrated system, operators can easily stack the raw materials for series production onto a pallet themselves. Precise positioning or a fixed grid layout is not required. The robot takes photographs of the stacked workpieces, after which the integrated AI technology recognises each workpiece and determines how it can be safely picked up.
This approach significantly lowers the barrier to automation. The operator needs to spend less time preparing a production batch, whilst the CNC machine can continue to produce autonomously for longer periods. This makes the solution particularly attractive to suppliers and machine builders who wish to increase their capacity, reduce their lead times and deploy their staff more efficiently.
Visitors to Micronora will have the opportunity to see this groundbreaking technology in action at the joint stand of RoboJob and Mazak France. They will also be able to discuss with the automation experts from both companies how the solution can be integrated into their own production environments.
Strong presence in the French market
France has been a key market for RoboJob for many years. The Belgian specialist has now automated hundreds of CNC machines there, including numerous Mazak machines. This extensive practical experience enables RoboJob to offer solutions that are closely tailored to the needs of French machining companies.
