Mill-Assist: Visual set-up, saving and re-production

The Mill-Assist software has been developed entirely with the operator in mind. You are provided with a clear 3D visualisation of the workpiece, the grippers, the table and the clamping devices. A new job can be set up in just 5 minutes.

The responsive multi-touch interface makes operation smooth and effortless. This allows production to continue seamlessly from one job to the next, without the need for a robotics specialist for every change. Features such as a ‘Smooth’ movement or setting up an ‘Airblow’ are included.

Pallet-Load: AI and vision technology make automation even more flexible

User-friendly software also means that complex technology works behind the scenes to do the job for you. The optional vision technology with AI on the Pallet-Load is a case in point.

You simply upload a CAD/CAM file. The robot then identifies the workpiece – for example, a disc, shaft or block – and determines how it should be gripped and loaded.

You can switch easily between a vision-assisted and a manual setup. This allows you to adapt your system to different production requirements without making the configuration unnecessarily complex.
