You choose the system that best suits your production needs today and expand it step by step with additional modules. The modules listed below allow you to tailor your system even more effectively to workpieces, machines and the production process.
Pallet-Load
The Pallet-Load module feeds larger and heavier workpieces directly from a pallet into the RoboJob system. The robot loads these workpieces directly from the pallet onto the machine. They can be unloaded onto the same pallet or onto your automation system. This module increases both your capacity and your flexibility. Your CNC machine can operate unattended for longer periods. The module can be flexibly configured to suit the dimensions and shape of your workpieces and integrates seamlessly with the RoboJob software. This makes it easy to increase the autonomy of your production process.
Shaft Handling Module
The Shaft Handling module enables shafts and other elongated workpieces to be loaded automatically into and unloaded from the CNC machine. During transport, the workpieces are held securely in place, allowing the robot to position them safely and accurately. This allows you to automate the production of workpieces that are more difficult to handle due to their length, enabling your machine to operate unattended for longer periods.
Flip-over Unit
The Flip-over unit automatically flips workpieces between two operations, so that they are reloaded into the CNC machine in a different orientation. The module is fully integrated into the RoboJob software, which automatically calculates the robot’s movements based on the product’s dimensions. This allows your CNC machine to operate unattended for longer, and the workpiece emerges from the machine fully finished. This ensures a faster payback period.
The servo gripper & the gripper exchange station
The servo gripper automatically adapts to different workpiece dimensions, allowing multiple product types to be processed without the need for manual adjustments. If a different gripper is required, the robot can automatically change it via the gripper change station. This reduces changeover times, increases the flexibility of your RoboJob system and allows you to produce unmanned for longer periods.
Vision Technology & AI
Using vision technology & AI, a camera system automatically recognises the position and orientation of workpieces. This enables the robot to pick up parts that are not located in a fixed position or in a predetermined arrangement. This reduces the need for specific positioning devices and makes your RoboJob system even more flexible for a wide range of products and batches.
