Even before we officially introduced the Pallet-Load Integrated with optional vision system, the first one has already been sold. This Pallet-Load sets a new standard in CNC automation with its progressive vision system. And let that be exactly what Dutch company Biezepol had been looking for for a long time. This Dutch company did not wait for our Pallet-Load Integrated with vision system to hit the market; they absolutely wanted to be the first.

Vision system

Innovation is rock solid in the DNA of Biezepol Metaalbewerking and they like to opt for the cream of the crop from time to time. In Heerjansdam, the Netherlands, they fell for the beautiful eyes of the Pallet-Load Integrated to watch that all workpieces are accurately placed in the CNC machine, and afterwards on a pallet.

The vision system literally gives eyes to our robot so it can see and decide for itself how raw workpieces were placed on a pallet and how the robot can pick them up. Grid plates or the pin system thus become unnecessary, as does the accurate positioning of raw parts on a pallet. This saves a lot of an operator's physical actions so they can be deployed in places where they can really make a difference.

Standardisation

Besides the revolutionary vision system, this Pallet-Load Integrated is also the first of its kind to stand on a fixed chassis. This standardisation ensures smooth installation, offers more stability during the production process and allows us to provide faster remote technical support. Biezepol focuses on long-term efficiency so for them this is a big bonus.

The Pallet-Load Integrated allows Biezepol to produce even faster, more accurately and efficiently without compromising on quality. So this forward-thinking company is once again taking the lead in CNC automation, and we are honoured to accompany them.

Congratulations on your investment!
