In Heerjansdam, the Netherlands, they fell for the beautiful eyes of the Pallet-Load Integrated to watch that all workpieces are accurately placed in the CNC machine, and afterwards on a pallet.
The vision system literally gives eyes to our robot so it can see and decide for itself how raw workpieces were placed on a pallet and how the robot can pick them up. Grid plates or the pin system thus become unnecessary, as does the accurate positioning of raw parts on a pallet. This saves a lot of an operator's physical actions so they can be deployed in places where they can really make a difference.
Standardisation
Besides the revolutionary vision system, this Pallet-Load Integrated is also the first of its kind to stand on a fixed chassis. This standardisation ensures smooth installation, offers more stability during the production process and allows us to provide faster remote technical support.
