RoboJob specialises in flexible automation solutions for CNC-controlled lathes and milling machines. The technology centre in Lehrensteinsfeld was founded in 2019 to provide optimal support for our customers and partners in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. As our team is constantly growing, we are looking for support for our German sales team for postcode area 4 and 5 as soon as possible.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Competent advice to customers in the offer, contract and order phase, including price and condition negotiations
  • Comprehensive cooperation with our various sales partners
  • Target- and result-orientated management and development including new customer acquisition in your defined postcode area to strengthen our market position
  • Consistent implementation of our company's marketing and sales strategies
  • Participation and representation of our company at trade fairs and sales and customer events
  • Analysing the competition, market and trends and deriving suitable measures
  • Close cooperation with our internal sales team

Your profile

  • (Degree in electrical engineering or mechatronics, preferably specialising in automation technology, or technical training with further training as a technician (electrical engineering or similar) or master electrician/industrial foreman
  • Relevant sales or commercial experience, preferably in the fields of automation technology or mechatronics as well as CNC turning and milling.
  • Negotiating skills and persuasiveness as well as confidence in concluding contracts and strong arguments
  • Winning demeanour, high level of empathy and enjoyment in dealing with customers and sales partners
  • High degree of team spirit, reliability, flexibility and independence with a structured and solution-orientated way of working
  • Confident handling of MS-Office; MS-365
  • Fluent in German
  • Good English skills (written and spoken)
  • Class B driving licence
