These are busy times at RoboJob. In three weeks' time, Global Industrie in Lyon and Machineering in Brussels are the first trade fairs in a year and a half. In addition, the installation planning is also well underway. "This will be a record year for RoboJob," says CEO Helmut De Roovere. "Never before have we received so many orders, both from within the country and far beyond. CNC automation is proving more relevant than ever."
This has a lot to do with the Corona epidemic that has been raging for over a year and a half. This has clearly accelerated the demand for CNC automation. "We notice that we are not only getting additional orders from existing customers, but also many new customers have taken the step to automating their machinery. The epidemic has made our customers realise that our robots can offer them greater security in these uncertain times," says De Roovere. "Also, the strong resurgence of the manufacturing industry means that extra spindle hours have to be run to meet the high demand."
It means that the installation planning is well underway at RoboJob. “Fortunately, however, we can also rely on our certified installation partners to help us meet the demand. We have invested heavily in the expansion of our organisation in recent years - also during Corona. Our customers are now reaping the benefits, as we can continue to offer them the best possible service even when things get busy."
Global Industrie will take place from 6 to 9 September 2021 in Eurexpo Lyon. Machineering starts on 8 September and runs until 10 September 2021, traditionally in Hall 5 at Brussels Expo. "It will be good to be at a trade fair again," De Roovere says in anticipation. "It will be the ideal time for new customers to get acquainted with the possibilities of CNC automation. At Global Industrie, we will be showing our Tower and the Turn-Assist 270 i, but of course RoboJob also has many other solutions for automating turning and milling machines."
