RoboJob – the Belgian specialist in the automatic loading and unloading of CNC-machines – has formalized another partnership agreement in Sweden. After signing a partnership with Stenbergs only a short while ago, it has now signed another strong partner in the Swedish market: Ravema.

Based in Belgium, RoboJob was founded in 2007 by engineers Helmut De Roovere and Luc De Ceuster. With over 25 years’ in manufacturing and over 40 years’ experience in machine building, RoboJob can rely on all the needed know-how to build extremely user-friendly standard solutions that can significantly increase gross margins in the machining industry.

Ravema is the official dealer for Mazak in Sweden, and its extended sales force will now include RoboJob’s loading and unloading systems to its already large product portfolio. Ravema is the first dealer within the Mazak organization to be signing a partnership agreement with RoboJob. Established almost 100 years ago, Mazak is one of the global leaders in the design and manufacture of highly productive CNC machines.

"Being the biggest player in Sweden and Norway, Ravema is very much aware of their customer’s demands." Business Unit Manager Hans Jigback explains: "With the rising labor costs, the decreasing batch sizes and the need for flexible technicians, the Swedish customer demands user-friendly automation with the highest flexibility. At first we were doubtful about selling yet another product, but after seeing the RoboJob company and their user-friendly solutions in Belgium, we were sure the choice for RoboJob is the right one to make. Their vision matches perfectly with what we aim for: flexibility, robustness, ease-of-use, low set-up time and high customer satisfaction. With the first RoboJob solutions already installed on Mazak machines in Sweden, we are thrilled to provide our customers with the most flexible solutions."

With 3 strong dealers in the Swedish market, RoboJob is now fully ready to start serving a new geographical region in Europe. Customers in Sweden can now benefit from the most flexible and user-friendly automation solution for small and medium-sized series. The Turn-Assist and Mill-Assist are integrated solutions which enable the automatic loading and unloading of turning and milling machines. Both systems can be used for a wide range of dimensions (standard ø 5 to 400 mm) and weights (up until 700 kg).

Helmut De Roovere, co-founder and CEO of RoboJob is more than enthousiastic with the strong certified partners the company has established a partnership with: "We are thrilled to be signing partnership agreements with strong partners such as CNC Factory, Stenbergs and Ravema. Companies such as Ravema have such good knowledge of not only the Scandinavian market and customer requirements, but also of all technical aspects that matter in our business. No doubt, the customers in these countries will have high expectations when it comes to quality and performance, and they have every right to be. We are confident that they will be pleasantly surprised with the user-friendliness of our loading and unloading devices, and with its robustness and industrial quality which they demand from every machine supplier." De Roovere is positive about the future: "I am extremely satisfied and positive that we can live up to the reputation we have now established in the Benelux. Through these partnerships with our certified dealers and installation partners, we can further strengthen the competitive position of metalworking companies in Western Europe."
